ADDITION OF MILK ENHANCED THE TOTAL PHENOLIC CONTENT AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF Camellia sinensis (GREEN TEA) BEVERAGES

Abstract: The study was aimed to determine the effects of adding milk, sugar and sweeteners to the total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of Camellia Sinensis (green tea) powder.
