Abstract:High-fat meat causes fatty liver, hypertension, stroke, and heart attack becomes less safe for the elderly. The research used plants that have the potential to reduce fat synthesis. This study was conducted in the starter phase to provide an overview of performance and fatty conditions in the finisher phase.
