Adaptive wavelets applied to phase-shifting interferometry for wavefront sensing

Abstract: Optical interferometry, especially the lateral Shearing interferometer, has long played a role in wavefront sensing. Phase-Shifting Interferometry and also Self-Referencing Interferometry have significant advantages over the Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor.
