Adaptive Speed Limit for Last Mile Vehicles on Public Walkways

Abstract: Foldable ultralight electric vehicles (E-ULV) are a promising key component for future sustainable traffic chains for urban regions with mountainous topography. While E-Bikes are prohibited in metropolitan public transport during rush-hours, foldable E-ULV are a real innovation for the "last mile" to the destination.
