Adaptive Software-defined Network Controller for Multipath Routing based on Reduction of Time

Abstract: Software-defined network (SDN) is a new paradigm in the networking that makes a programmability and intelligence the networks. The main SDN characterize is separating network management (control plane) from the forwarding device (data plane).
