Abstract. Multi-frequency array induction logging method using a combination of high and low frequency can keep both vertical stratification and probing depth capabilities of logging instrument, and in order to reach a certain field strength in strata, the transmission circuit need provide greater current to the transmitter coil system. This paper studied resonant multi-frequency electrical logging system using resonant transmission mode, it mainly researched multi-frequency, high-frequency signal generator unit, power amplifier unit and analysed induced electromotive force calculation method of receiving coil. Combining the transmission and reception experiment, parameters such as the emission current and induced electromotive force of receiving coil have been achieved, those can verify theoretical derivation. The paper provides good design method of excitation source and analysis of receiving characteristics, at the meanwhile, it can play an important role in development and application of multi-frequency array electrical logging methods.
