Many developing countries, especially those in sub-Saharan Africa, struggle with design innovation as a result of a lack of infrastructure, skilled labour, and financial constraint, hindering their ability to compete in the global economy. The study investigates the effect of technological capabilities, design innovation, and operations on the performance of Small and Medium Textile Enterprises (SMTEs) in Ghana filling the knowledge gap and contributing to economic development in the region. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were obtained from 80 SMTEs using a self-administered questionnaire. The results show that there is a significant correlation between technological capabilities and the performance of SMTEs, indicating that current technologies are making textile companies more productive and efficient, resulting in improved performance. The study also found that technological capabilities positively influence design innovation practices, which, in turn, positively relate to the performance of the enterprise. Moreover, there is a positive relationship between the technological capabilities and operations of the enterprises. The findings of the study are consistent with previous research and suggest that enterprises that invest in the appropriate technology can improve their design innovation, operations, and overall performance. The study recommends that SMTEs in Ghana must invest in technological capabilities that are suitable for their business needs to improve their operations, design innovation, and overall performance. Additionally, policymakers should provide adequate support to SMTEs to enhance their technological capabilities, design innovation, and operations through funding, training, and infrastructure development.

The stability of corporate sector is definitely related to the prominent firms’ conditions, where both inner and outer factor played a significant role in enhancing the value proportion in sustaining the existence. Although many was conducted in the outer part in the corporate sector, however, less attention was apparently being given to the internal point where professional and moral basis is needed for further exploration in giving insights into corporate sustainability. This chapter attempts to examine the insightful value of professional competence and moral responsibility to give the significant point in disseminating the enhancement of corporate sustainability. The literature review was carefully conducted from the referred articles: journals, books and conference proceedings on the related topic. The finding reveals that the insightful value of professional competence and moral responsibility in advancing the corporate sustainability could be achieved in particular point through industry and university alliance. The basis of this alliance of both could give insights into incorporating the particular model of strategic partnership along with the corporate social responsibility. Engaged through the higher education (HE) together with firm involvement, this aim refers to advance in achieving the quality balance on corporate social responsibility. As such, this study is expected to contribute in advancing the research development agenda on enhancing strategic partnership assigned between professional competences together with moral responsibility.

One of the difficult problems at the present stage of development of education is the creation of conditions for the full realization of the student's personality. As one of the ways to solve it, the creation of an adaptive educational process is considered, which is built taking into account the capabilities of students, focuses on meeting their diverse needs and interests, provides conditions for their life self-determination and self-realization, creates a favorable psychological climate for the pedagogical interaction of all subjects of the educational environment. Thus, the paper is based upon adaptive education technologies used to reflect the cooperation of subjects, dialogue, the solution of personally significant tasks, free testing of experience.
