Adaptive Background Suppression Method Based on Intelligent Optimization for IR Small Target Detection Under Complex Cloud Backgrounds

Abstract: To improve the detection of dim and small targets in infrared (IR) images containing highintensity cloud clutter, a novel adaptive background suppression method is proposed.
