“…The value chain of RD & I (Research, Technological Developent, and Transfer of Innovation) in Educational Psychology is conceptualized as carrying out scientific research, for the production of technological development (processes, products or services) that ultimately gives rise to innovation (and its transfer) as the ultimate element of the process.
