Adaptação de usina para reciclagem à quente e avaliação laboratorial das misturas asfálticas produzidas

Abstract: A utilização de misturas asfálticas recicladas demonstra-se viável técnica e ambientalmente, além de possibilitar a redução de custos. Desta forma, esta pesquisa buscou elaborar projetos contendo 10 (M10), 20 (M20) e 30% (M30) de material fresado (RAP), implementar usina volumétrica incorporando RAP a frio no misturador, avaliar laboratorialmente as misturas produzidas e verificar a viabilidade financeira. “…Based on the modulus results obtained in this study, it was observed that the mixtures with a higher concentration of RAP tended to have high modulus, with the HMA-R100 mixture having a modulus of 12,000 MPa and the HMA-R25 mixture having a modulus value of 4,200 MPa.
