Acute unilateral parotid gland swelling after lateral decubitus position under general anesthesia

Abstract: Acute swelling of the parotid gland after general anesthesia (commonly known as anesthesia mumps or acute postoperative sialadenitis) is a rare but declared complication of anesthesia.
