Acute Pancreatic Nine Years of Surgical ICU Experience

Abstract: Acute pancreatitis has a variety of presentations from self-limiting abdominal pain to development of local and systemic complications resulting in sepsis, multi-organ dysfunction, extended intensive care stay and death.
