Acute onset psychosis in a patient of tuberous sclerosis: A rare entity

Abstract: The Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is a multisystem autosomal dominant condition occurring due to mutations in the TSC1 or TSC2 genes affecting around 1 in 20,000 people. TSC is inclusive of tumours of skin, kidney, brain, lung and heart as well as neurological conditions like seizures, autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability.
