Acute oedema associated with risperidone use: a report

Abstract: Risperidone acts by potent serotonergic, dopaminergic and alpha adrenergic receptor antagonism. The most common side effects reported are extrapyramidal symptoms, dizziness, sedation, insomnia, headache, anxiety, nausea, constipation and weight gain.
