Abstract: 1057 Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells depend on endothelial cells for survival and proliferation. By targeting endothelial cells with a novel vascular disrupting agent, we recently demonstrated regression of AML (Madlambayan, et al., Blood 2010).
