Acute mucosal appendicitis and epiploic appendagitis in an adult: A rare case report

Abstract: Introduction: Concurrent presence of two distinct pathologies, such as acute mucosal appendicitis with epiploic appendagitis, is unusual and can often lead to a management dilemma for surgeons.
