Acute Motor Sensory Axonal Neuropathy (Amsan) Variant of Guillian Barre Syndrome (Gbs) Complicating Pregnancy: A Case Report

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), is an autoimmune disorder which manifests as Polyradiculoneuropathy(1,2). Several variants of GB have been identied of which Acute Motor Axonal Neuropathy (AMAN) and Acute Motor and Sensory Axonal Neuropathy (AMSAN) variants mainly occur by demyelination of neurons induced by inammation.
