Abstract:This report aims to describe the clinical history of a female patient, from the city of Juazeiro- Bahia, who was diagnosed with acute heart failure (AHF) of ischemic etiology with reduced ejection fraction (33%), highlighting the social aspects , and the consequences of vascular disorders as well as their clinical manifestations.
