Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis after endophthalmitis in immunosuppresed patient

Abstract: Context: Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) usually happens after an infectious event, vaccination reaction and with history of immunosuppression. Clinical features can be varied: headache, fever, seizure, blurred vision, ataxia, motor deficits and mental confusion.
