Acute Blood Pressure Management in Neurocritically Ill Patients

Abstract: Optimal blood pressure (BP) management is controversial in neurocritically ill patients due to conflicting concerns of worsening ischemia with decreased BP versus cerebral edema and increased intracranial pressure with elevated BP.
