Abstract:Acute annular outer retinopathy (AAOR) is a very rare variant of white dot syndrome. Ocular imaging helps in distinguishing it from acute zonal occult outer retinopathy. We report the first case of AAOR, from India, with multimodal imaging, highlighting the role of early immunomodulatory therapy in visual prognosis.
