Acute Airway Obstruction Due To Dissection Of The Endotracheal Tube

Abstract

ÖZETGenel anestezi uygulamaları sırasında entübasyon ile ilgili sorunlar olabilmektedir. Bunlar sıklıkla güç entübasyon, bronş entübasyonu, özofagus entübasyonu, entübasyon tüpünün trakeadan çıkması, sekresyon nedeniyle tıkanmasıdır. Çok ender bir nedense, entübasyon tüpünün kaf şişirme yolunda meydana gelen disseksiyon sonucu tüpün içten daralmasıdır. Bu sunumumuzda iki hastada ameliyat sırasında entübasyon tüpü disseksiyonuna bağlı gelişen ciddi hava yolu tıkanıklığı tablosunu değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. An exceptional reason is a dissection in the cuff line narrowing or obstructing the lumen of the tube. We aimed to report severe airway obstruction in two cases due to dissection of the endotracheal tube.
