Acupuncture improves white matter perfusion and white matter integrity in vascular dementia rats: an MRI-based imaging study

Abstract: Background: White matter lesions induced by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) are common pathological changes, and are associated with cognitive impairment in vascular dementia (VaD).
