Deprescripción en personas mayores: es el momento de pasar a la acción

“…The existing data show the importance of addressing the problem of the social isolation and loneliness of older adults given their provoked increase due to the pandemic, the repercussions on physical and mental health, and the increase in the demand for health system services. In Spain, there are currently no measures or social policies implemented to help prevent them, and the evidence on the prevention of isolation is still scarce [ 32 ].
