Actual situation of dealing with environmental law violations and building of a legal system in the state management of environment in the agricultural sector in Vietnam

Abstract

Environmental pollution is a global problem. Environmental pollution, leading to extremely difficult consequences. It has affected the health and life of humans and the creatures living on the earth. In addition, it also directly harms the race, the next generation of humans. Especially, agricultural environmental pollution also directly threatens Vietnam’s food security. Therefore, will directly affect the sustainable development of agriculture. In the context of the article, the author analyses the situation of pollution and handles violations of the law on environmental pollution in Vietnam. At the same time, propose solutions to improve the state management efficiency in the protection of clean and sustainable agriculture.
