Actos de habla y atenuación 2.0: TripAdvisor

Abstract: Resumen. Este trabajo, que se enmarca en la perspectiva de estudios de pragmática del turismo digital, se centra en el análisis de las estrategias de atenuación y, concretamente, de los actos expresivos del elogio, el agradecimiento y las disculpas, utilizados como movimientos de apoyo de otros actos de habla principales. Para ello, hemos analizado un corpus de 200 opiniones de viajeros sobre hoteles.
