In the digital age, the current Management literature remains heavily rooted in anthropocentric and analog perspectives, often overlooking the profound influence of algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) in modern organizational dynamics. To this end, this systematic literature review seeks to bridge this gap by exploring the evolving landscape of AI in organizations and the role of the Actor-Network Theory (ANT) as a theoretical-methodological lens for understanding AI’s impact on Management. Through a systematic literature review, we address research on the utilization of AI in Management over the past decade, the applications of ANT in non-IT or non-AI management studies, and studies explaining IT or AI concepts via ANT. Our findings highlight a significant research gap in understanding human-machine interactions and Business Management within organizations that use AI. Additionally, we identify potential avenues for future scholarly contributions, emphasizing the need for a more integrated approach that considers human and machine actors in organizational contexts.

The young generation has a very important role in promoting tourism. The efforts of this young generation cannot be separated considering that sustainable tourism is developing very rapidly in various tourism activities. They can do environmental conservation and participate in improving the welfare of local communities. Social media and the younger generation are the two things that have the greatest potential to help in the publication and information on tourism. This research was conducted at Ciletuh Geopark, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting primary data including interviews, focus group discussions and field observations. The results show that the role of the younger generation in using social media for sustainable tourism development is important. They are aware of the benefits that social media will provide if used wisely. However, there are still obstacles faced, namely not yet the maximum use of social media so that it has not been able to produce maximum promotion due to limited innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the young generation in using social media to support sustainable tourism in the Ciletuh Geopark, Sukabumi, West Java Province, as an effort to develop sustainable tourism.

Media sosial pada saat ini digunakan oleh hampir seluruh masyarakat dunia. Media sosial dengan berbagai jenis dan fungsinya dapat mempermudah manusia dalam berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, berdiskusi maupun bertukar opini. Salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak memiliki pengguna adalah Twitter. Twitter dengan fitur-fiturnya yang ada memudahkan penggunanya untuk berinteraksi serta berkomunikasi. Twitter kini tidak hanya diramaikan dengan akun-akun pemerintah maupun selebritas saja. Akun auto base juga turut meramaikan Twitter. Akun auto base turut menjadi perhatian pengguna Twitter dikarenakan akun tersebut dapat memungkinkan pengiriman pesan secara anonim dan dapat menjadi media bagi pengguna Twitter untuk menyalurkan kesukaan yang sama dalam sebuah komunitas maupun sebagai media berdiskusi dan saling berbagi opini. Salah satu akun auto base di Twitter yang dimanfaatkan sebagai media untuk berdiskusi dan juga berbagi opini adalah akun @collegemenfess. Akun yang dikhususkan untuk mahasiswa ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk saling berbagi opini. Fenomena auto base dan pemanfaatannya ini menarik peneliti untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pemanfaatan auto base sebagai media berbagi opini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pemanfaatan akun auto base di Twitter sebagai media saling berbagi opini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus kepada akun auto base @collegemenfess. Hasil dan analisis dari penelitian ini menenemukan bahwa para pengguna auto base @collegemenfess memanfaatkan akun ini sebagai media saling berbagi opini melalui menfess yang dikirim maupun memberikan opini melalui komentar-komentar terkait suatu isu yang sedang dibahas. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan adanya pemanfaatan akun auto base sebagai media berbagi opini dengan cara mengirim menfess dan menulis di kolom komentar pada akun auto base @collegemenfess.
