Activity of nuclear factor κB in lymphocyte populations of children with psoriasis

Abstract: Alterations in intracellular signaling pathways affecting immune cell activation, proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes in psoriasis could explain the complex pathogenesis of the disease.
