Activity of Lignin-Modifying Enzyme of Selected Medicinal Mushrooms in Submerged Fermentation of Lignocellulosic Materials

Abstract: In the present study, wide diversity in the set and activity of lignin-modifying enzymes (LME) was revealed during submerged fermentation of mandarin peel with 15 strains of white rot Basidiomycetes.
