Active assessment of adverse events following yellow fever vaccination of persons aged 60 years and more

Abstract: Most persons aged ≥ 60 y may be safely vaccinated against YF. Before vaccination, they must be carefully screened for conditions associated to altered immunocompetence and for risk of exposure to YF.
