Activation of the cGAS/STING Axis in Genome-Damaged Hematopoietic Cells Does Not Impact Blood Cell Formation or Leukemogenesis

Abstract: Genome damage is a main driver of malignant transformation, but it also induces aberrant inflammation via the cGAS/STING DNA sensing pathway.
