Abstract: Résumé-Cet article met en parallèle les deux grandes familles d'actionneurs électriques linéaires, ceux à entraînement direct (la force motrice est directement produite par les champs magnétiques) et ceux indirects dans lesquels c'est en général un moteur électrique tournant qui convertit l'énergie électrique en énergie mécanique.
