Abstract:This article reviews progress in actinide amido chemistry, highlighting the role of amido anions as constituents of robust supporting ligands and as reactive ligands. The synthesis, structures, and reactivity of homoleptic actinide complexes in oxidation states III–VI are initially reviewed.
