Acromegaly in the differential diagnosis of hearing loss

Abstract: Acromegaly is a multifactorial neuroendocrine disease caused by hyperproduction of growth hormone (GH). In more than 95% of cases the reason of acromegaly the GH-secreting pituitary adenoma.
