Acquired von Willebrand Disease in a Child With Wilms’ Tumor: Implications for Postoperative Regional Anesthesia

Abstract: Regional anesthetic techniques including epidural anesthesia are a safe and effective method of providing postoperative analgesia while avoiding the potential adverse physiologic effects of systemic opioids.
