Abstract: Acquired prothrombin complex deficiency:Case reportsIntroduction: Acquired prothrombin complex deficiency (APCD) is a spontaneous hemorrhage due to decreased activity of vitamin K dependent coagulation factor (factor II, VII, IX, and X).
