Acoustoelectronic interaction in Te and CdS at high magnetic fields

Abstract: Current‐voltage characteristics (CVC) are studied of piezosemiconductor crystal with highly expressed anisotropy of electric and acoustoelectronical properties (Te and CdS) in high longitudinal and transversal magnetic fields (μH/c)2 > 1 in the conditions of acoustoelectronical interaction.
