Acoustic Signal Imaging Method Based on Synthetic Aperture Focusing and Full Matrix Capture

Abstract: In order to observe and understand the effect of acoustic signal detection more intuitively, imaging analysis is needed to obtain clearer detection results, and the detection situation is analyzed manually. The commonly used imaging method is B-scan imaging, which is also widely used in medical imaging. In this paper, an acoustic signal imaging method based on synthetic aperture focusing and full matrix capture is proposed. The application of synthetic aperture focusing method in acoustic signal imaging was im… Show more

“…Various imaging techniques have been developed to evaluate the data often measured using piezoceramics [5][6][7][8]. Two of the best known are the synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFT) [1,[9][10][11][12][13] and the TFM [5,[14][15][16][17]. These can be used to combine data recorded by different transmitters and receivers to produce an image of the surface being monitored.…”
