Abstract:Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma is a rare type of pancreatic malignancy, which can be confused with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm. Here, we describe a woman in her 80s who presented with abdominal pain and bilateral lower extremity panniculitis.
