Acil yardım istasyonu çalışanlarında işe bağlı gerginliğin, anksiyete ve depresyon riski ile ilişkisi

Abstract: Amaç: Bu çalışma Düzce ili 112 acil yardım istasyonu çalışanlarında işe bağlı gerginliğin,  anksiyete ve depreyon riski ile ilişkisinin saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Kesitsel tipteki çalışma, Düzce ili 112 acil yardım istasyonlarında çalışan 123 kişide yapılmıştır. Veri, katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini ve işle ilgili düşüncelerini içeren anket, işe bağlı gerginlik ölçeği ve hastane anksiyete ve depresyon ölçeği ile toplanmıştır.
