Abstract:The paper presents the research of the acetylsalicylic acid effect and its complex compounds with the metals of cobalt (Co2+), zinc (Zn2+), nickel (Ni2+) and manganese (Mn2+) at the multiple administration in the dose of 10 mg/kg on the indices of the central haemodynamics of the rats (heart rate; arterial pressure). It has been found out that a multifold administration of acetylsalicylic acid and salicylates of cobalt, zinc, nickel and manganese affect the indices of the rats’ central haemodynamics.
