Abstract:Pilomotor seizures are strongly associated with autoimmune encephalitis (AE), particularly anti‐LGI1 encephalitis. The carbonic anhydrase inhibitor acetazolamide may have special efficacy for treating AE‐associated pilomotor seizures.
