Accurate Target Localization for Automotive Radar

Abstract: Automotive radars suffer from low angular estimation accuracy due to the limited number of antennas and insufficient onboard processing power. This paper addresses the single target tracking problem in automotive radar by using recently proposed MIMO-monopulse approach which blends the monopulse approach with the collocated MIMO radar.
