Accuracy of echocardiography and ultrasound protocol to identify shock etiology in emergency department

Abstract: Background Early diagnosis and appropriate management of shock aimed at prevention of prolonged hypoperfusion has shown to decrease morbidity and mortality in patients with undifferentiated shock.
