Accumulation of cadmium, copper and zinc in selected natural Viola taxa in Turkish Mediterranean serpentine soils

Abstract: Currently, 55 serpentine areas have been determined in Turkey. More than 60 Ni-accumulators and more than 43 serpentine-endemics are known from these areas. Within our field studies in the Mediterranean phytogeographic region, 8 Viola taxa distributed in serpentine areas and their respective soil samples were collected.
