Accessory Spleen as a Cause of an Abdominal Mass

Abstract: A 3 1 h-year-old girl in \-vhom an ahdominal mass was palpated by eoineidence is described. The mass proved to he a partially nccrollc acccssor) spleen.The surgieal signi ficance of an acccssory pleen is diseussed.
