Abstract: Compared with natural enzymes, nanozymes usually exhibit much lower catalytic activities, which limit the sensitivities of nanozyme-based immunoassays. Herein, several metal ions without enzyme-like activities were engineered onto Uio-66-NH 2 nanozyme through postsynthetic modification.
