Açai (Euterpe precatoria Mart. Arecaceae) from the Northern Region of Bolivia is not contaminated with Trypanosoma cruzi

Abstract: Chagas disease is one of the most important public health problems in the American continent and it is caused by the protozoan parasite Trypanosoma cruzi.
