Abstract:The nanorods of cadmium selenide (CdSe) have been synthesized by soft chemical route using mercapto ethanol as a capping agent. The sample forms a rod like shape, confirmed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) measurement. Impedance spectroscopy is applied to investigate the dielectric relaxation of the sample at a various temperature region with varying frequency range. Grain and grain boundary effects both are present in the complex impedance plane plot and is analyzed by an electrical equivalent circui… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
