Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of early hyperchloremia on 90-day outcomes in acute ischemic stroke Methods: We analyzed data from Albumin in Acute Ischemic Stroke (ALIAS) Part 1 and 2 trials which recruited patients with acute ischemic stroke within 5 hours of onset.
